Terms and Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by A.J.S Electrical Services Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By hiring our services, you (“Client,” “Customer,” “you”) agree to the following:

Services

We provide residential, commercial, and industrial electrical services, including installations, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance.

The scope of services will be agreed upon before work begins, either through a written quote, invoice, or service agreement.
Estimates & Quotes

All estimates are provided in good faith based on available information at the time.

Final costs may vary depending on unforeseen issues, changes in project scope, or additional materials required.

Any adjustments will be communicated to you before proceeding.
Payments
-
Invoices are due upon completion of work

We accept payment in the forms of e-transfer, bank draft, cash or certified cheque
Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 44 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a service call fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to emergencies, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Warranties
-
We stand by the quality of our work and offer a 1-year workmanship warranty on services provided.

Manufacturer warranties apply to all installed parts and equipment.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or external factors beyond our control (e.g., power surges, weather events).
Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work site, including disclosure of any hazards or pre-existing issues.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals from landlords, property managers, or homeowners’ associations, if applicable.
Liability

While we take every precaution to deliver safe and professional services, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing electrical issues or code violations.

Damages caused by misuse, tampering, or alterations made after service.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
Emergency Services
-
Emergency service calls may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated upfront.
Governing Law
-
These Terms are governed by the laws of Toronto, Ontario, Canada
-
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.​
